YOU WILL RECEIVE A SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION EMAIL WITH THE SHIPPING TRACKING NUMBER WHEN THE ORDER HAS BEEN DISPATCHED.

FOR ORDERS OUTSIDE THE UNITED KINGDOM, CUSTOMS DUTY WILL BE CHARGED TO YOU DEPENDING UPON THE RATES APPLICABLE IN THE COUNTRY IN WHICH YOU RESIDE. PETITEMOO IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYMENT OF THIS DUTY. THE SHIPPING COMPANY WILL CONTACT YOU ONCE YOUR ITEMS ARE IN CUSTOMS TO LET YOU KNOW THE COST. BE AWARE THAT THIS MAY DELAY YOUR DELIVERY TIME AS GOODS HELD AT CUSTOMS. IT WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO PAY THE NECESSARY CHARGES FOR LOCAL AUTHORITIES TO RELEASE THE GOODS.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL AFTER 14 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY TO YOU. REQUESTS FOR RETURNS OUTSIDE OF THIS PERIOD WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR ANY REASON.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES EXCEPT IN THE CASE OF FAULTY ITEMS AND ITEMS THAT ARE DAMAGED IN TRANSIT. AT OUR DISCRETION, WE MAY OFFER THE RETURN OF ITEMS SOLELY FOR THE PURPOSE OF SIZE ALTERATION.

ALL GOODS ARE QUALITY CHECKED BEFORE THEY ARE DESPATCHED. HOWEVER, IF YOU BELIEVE THAT AN ITEM IS FAULTY OR DAMAGED THEN PLEASE CONTACT US ON HELLO@PETITEMOO.CO.UK WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF THE ITEM WITH PHOTOGRAPHIC EVIDENCE OF THE FAULT OR DAMAGE.

GOODS ARE CLASSIFIED AS FAULTY IF THEY ARE NOT OF SATISFACTORY QUALITY, FIT FOR PURPOSE OR AS DESCRIBED. PLEASE NOTE THAT ITEMS WHICH ARE DAMAGED AS A RESULT OF NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR, BY ACCIDENT OR THROUGH MISUSE WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FAULTY.

WHERE WE AGREE TO ACCEPT A RETURN OR EXCHANGE, THEN PETITEMOO WILL COVER THE RETURN COSTS.

ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN A NEW AND UNUSED CONDITION WITH ALL PACKAGING AND TAGS STILL ATTACHED AND ACCOMPANIED BY THE ORIGINAL SALES FORM SENT TO YOU WITH THE ITEM.

COLOURS

WE TRY TO DISPLAY THE COLOURS OF OUR PRODUCTS ON OUR WEBSITE AS ACCURATELY AS POSSIBLE BUT PLEASE NOTE THAT PHOTOGRAPHY CAN SOMETIMES ALTER THE COLOUR OF ITEMS. ALSO, AS COMPUTER MONITORS, TABLETS AND MOBILE DEVICES VARY, WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT COLOURS WILL BE EXACTLY AS THEY APPEAR ON YOUR DEVICE.
